The district banding of Manikganj is "Folk Sangeet and Hazari Gur" the soul of Manikganj. But the tradition of Hazari jaggery is on the verge of extinction as the number of dates is gradually decreasing. It is very important to plant trees in every union in Manikganj in order to protect the tradition of Hazari Jaggery in Manikganj by encouraging the tree planting movement to implement the green and pure tradition. Moreover, it is absolutely necessary to set up dustbins in each office for the purpose of managing the waste of plastic products (bottles) in Manikganj district along the river.
